Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection:

  2. The Store can be contacted via email at info@norwit.pl or by phone at (+48 32) 7652050.
  3. The Store implements technical and organizational measures to protect Users' privacy.
  4. The Store ensures that personal data is protected at a level appropriate to the risks and the category of data, in particular by preventing unauthorized access, theft, unlawful processing, destruction, or damage.
  5. The Store maintains control over what personal data is processed, to whom it has been disclosed, and keeps a record of individuals authorized to process such data.
  6. By registering on the Store’s website or placing an order, the User gives separate and explicit consent to the processing of personal data. In other cases, data processing by the Store is permitted when it is necessary for the fulfillment of rights or obligations under a contract or for the legitimate purposes pursued by the Store.
  7. The data provided by the User is used for the following purposes:
    • proper performance of obligations under concluded agreements (order fulfillment),
    • execution of other necessary activities related to contract performance (accounting, customer contact),
    • fulfillment of legitimate interests, such as the pursuit of claims arising from business operations.
  8. The Administrator is authorized to disclose personal data only to entities legally entitled to receive such information, in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
  9. Personal data and information provided in the form will be used by the Administrator to conclude, modify, or terminate agreements with Clients and to ensure the highest quality of services provided. For this purpose, the Administrator processes the following data: full name, email address, phone number, and tax identification number (NIP).
  10. Providing data is voluntary. The Client has the right to modify, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability.
  11. Data will be used for the purposes of contract conclusion, complaints handling, and termination, for the duration of the Client’s use of the Store. Data will be archived for 5 years from the first order, considering the so-called right to be forgotten (data deletion). The Client may request data deletion by sending an email. The Administrator will promptly remove the data from the database.
  12. Upon request, the Store shall provide the User with information regarding their rights. This information may be provided in writing.
  13. Personal data may be shared with third parties with the User’s consent, if justified by the nature of the service and necessary for the proper performance of the Store’s tasks.
  14. Electronic communication between the User's device and the Store during data collection is encrypted (SSL). Databases are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.
  15. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
