Store Terms and Conditions

I. General Information:

  2. The Store may be contacted via email at info@norwit.pl or by phone at (+48 32) 7652050 (business days between 7:00 and 15:00).
  3. These Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of Customers and the Seller as the operator and provider of the Store.
  4. The Terms and Conditions are available on the website: https://www.norwit.pl/.
  5. The Store Owner undertakes to process Customer personal data securely and exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling distance sales agreements. The Privacy Policy is included in these Terms, available during order placement, and sent by email with each order confirmation.

II. Definitions:

Terms used herein shall be understood as follows:

  1. Customer – any entity purchasing from the Store in accordance with these Terms (including both Consumers and Business Customers).
  2. Consumer – a natural person engaging in a legal transaction with a business not directly related to their trade or profession, and also an individual entrepreneur registered in CEIDG whose transaction is not of a professional nature.
  3. Customer Account – a panel containing transaction details and serving to manage orders.
  4. Newsletter – a free service providing Store-related information to users who have opted in.
  5. Business Customer – an entity operating as a business within the meaning of Article 431 of the Polish Civil Code.
  6. Terms and Conditions – this document outlining the rules for using the Store.
  7. Business Days – Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
  8. Registration – voluntary submission of customer data via the Store’s registration form.
  9. Simplified Registration – customer data provided voluntarily and retrieved, with consent, from an intermediary service (e.g., Facebook).
  10. Intermediary Service – a third-party website where the Customer is already registered and from which data is retrieved for Store registration.
  11. Store – the online store operated at https://www.norwit.pl/, conducting distance selling of products.
  12. User – any person accessing the Store’s website via the Internet.
  13. Owner/Seller – Norwit Sp. z o.o., ul. Inwalidzka 20, 41-506 Chorzów, Poland, entered into the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000762835. VAT No.: 6431771366, REGON: 382051926.   14. Goods – movable items, water, gas, or electricity offered for sale in specific volume or quantity (definition applicable to Consumers only).
  15. Warranty (Rękojmia) – Seller’s liability towards Business Customers for defects in sold goods.
  16. Item – a tangible object (definition applicable to Business Customers only).

III. Technical Requirements:

  1. To use the Store, the Customer must have:
    • an internet-enabled device
    • Internet access
    • an email address
  2. The Store collects information via cookies. These do not store personal data and are used anonymously to analyze usage and customize offers. The use of cookies is configurable in the user's browser settings.
  3. Details regarding cookies are included in the Cookies Policy available at https://www.norwit.pl/ and form an integral part of these Terms.
