The Customer selects the delivery method available on the Store website. Available options include:
Courier delivery (the carrier is selected individually)
Personal pickup
The delivery date is arranged individually with each Customer in the order confirmation.
The maximum delivery period for a Consumer is 30 days.
If this period is exceeded, the Consumer has the right to set an additional deadline.
If the goods are still not delivered within this extended period, the Customer may withdraw from the contract.
Deliveries are made on working days, Monday through Friday.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.
Information about available delivery methods and the applicable shipping fees is provided in the "Shipping Costs" section of the website.
The Store is responsible for the risk of accidental loss or damage of the goods until they are received by the Consumer,
unless the Consumer chose a delivery method other than those offered by the Store.
Courier shipments are insured by default.
Upon receiving the shipment, Customers who are Businesses are required to carefully inspect the packaging and contents.
If any shortages or damage are found, the Customer must take all necessary steps to establish carrier liability,
including drafting a damage report in the presence of the courier.
Drafting this report is a necessary condition for filing a complaint or exercising the right of withdrawal.
Customers qualifying as Consumers under §II point 2 of the Terms and Conditions are also advised to check the shipment in the courier’s presence.
Each Customer receives a VAT invoice or receipt with the shipment.
Goods are delivered only within the territory of Poland.
