Complaint Submission Conditions
If you submit a complaint under the manufacturer's warranty, Norwit Sp. z o.o. acts as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer. The warranty terms (duration, resolution method, service cost) are set by the manufacturer. If the complaint is rejected by the manufacturer, additional costs (e.g. shipping) may apply.
Important Information
The complaint procedure does not limit your rights under the Polish Civil Code of March 23, 1964 (Dz.U.2019.1145) and the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Dz.U.2020.287).
- Damaged shipment? Always check the package in the presence of the courier. If damage is found, complete a damage report – otherwise, we cannot process the complaint.
- Mechanical damage? If visible mechanical damage is found after delivery, the complaint may be rejected.
- Problem description is crucial. A detailed description and photos will help us identify the issue.
- Complaint and ownership. You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. invoice) and a statement of ownership transfer to submit a complaint.
