Terms and Conditions of the "Hit of the Week" Promotion

These Terms and Conditions define the rules of the "Hit of the Week" promotion ("Promotion") conducted by Norwit Sp. z o.o., ul. Inwalidzka 20, 41-506 Chorzów ("Physical Store") and available at https://norwit.pl/ ("Online Store").

1. Who Is the Organizer of the Promotion?

The Promotion is organized by Norwit Sp. z o.o., ul. Inwalidzka 20, 41-506 Chorzów.

2. What Are the Promotion Rules?

During the Promotion period, the Organizer offers customers of both the Physical and Online Stores fixed-amount or percentage-based discounts on selected products or sets.

3. What Is the Duration of the Promotion?

The Promotion runs from Monday at 10:00 a.m. until Sunday at 11:59 p.m. of the same week.

4. Additional Information about the Promotion:

  • The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns of the Organizer.
  • In justified cases, the Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to terminate the Promotion earlier if stock is exhausted.

These Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of the Store Regulations available at https://www.norwit.pl/regulamin-sklepu-norwit.pl. The Terms become effective upon publication.
