Description
AIRREX AH-500i Blue Flame service kit — all parts for the annual maintenance
The AIRREX AH-500i Blue Flame service kit is a genuine Rex Nordic parts set for the annual maintenance of the AIRREX AH-500i Blue Flame heater. One box weighing 0.29 kg holds 5 items: a fuel filter, a nozzle, a gasket set, a valve and step-by-step service instructions. The kit is matched to the new Blue Flame burner, so kits for older AIRREX models cannot replace it.
What is in the kit
The kit contains four wear parts of the burner and fuel system: a fuel filter, a nozzle, a gasket set and a valve. The fifth item is a service manual that guides you through the inspection step by step. These are exactly the parts the manufacturer specifies for replacement during the annual heater maintenance.
Annual service keeps the warranty valid
Rex Nordic recommends servicing the heater once a year. Annual maintenance is also required to keep the AIRREX heater warranty valid. The best time to do it is before the heating season, so the unit is ready when it gets cold on site or in the hall.
Only for the AH-500i with a Blue Flame burner
Rex Nordic makes a separate kit for each heater family: AH-200/300, AH-200i/300i, AH-800/800i, AH-800i from 2025, and the AH-500i and AH-900i with the Blue Flame burner. You can check the model and production year on the technical data label on the housing. This kit fits the AIRREX AH-500i Blue Flame only.
Service kit or separate parts
The fuel filter should be replaced more often than once a year — every 6 months — and you can buy it separately as a fuel filter for AIRREX heaters. For the annual inspection, the complete kit is the better choice: you do not have to source the nozzle, gaskets and valve one by one, and the manual in the box sets out the order of work.

The service kit comes directly from Rex Nordic, the maker of AIRREX heaters. At NORWIT.PL you will also find other heater accessories, including exhaust pipes, protective frames and a fuel pump.

Questions and answers
What does the AIRREX AH-500i Blue Flame service kit contain?
The AIRREX AH-500i Blue Flame service kit contains 5 items: a fuel filter, a nozzle, a gasket set, a valve and step-by-step service instructions. These are genuine Rex Nordic parts for the annual heater inspection, and the whole package weighs 0.29 kg.
How often should the AIRREX AH-500i heater be serviced?
Rex Nordic recommends a full service of the AIRREX AH-500i heater once a year, ideally before the heating season. The fuel filter is worth replacing more often, every 6 months. Annual maintenance with the service kit is required to keep the warranty valid.
Does the AH-800i service kit fit the AIRREX AH-500i?
No. The AIRREX AH-500i has a Blue Flame burner, for which Rex Nordic makes a dedicated service kit. The manufacturer offers separate kits for the AH-200/300, AH-200i/300i, AH-800/800i, AH-800i from 2025, and the AH-500i and AH-900i Blue Flame. You will find the model and production year on the technical data label.
Is annual servicing required for the AIRREX heater warranty?
Yes, the manufacturer requires annual maintenance to keep the AIRREX heater warranty valid. The service kit includes all parts and instructions to carry out the inspection yourself once a year, and Rex Nordic provides service support if needed.
What is the difference between the service kit and the PRO service kit?
The service kit covers the annual inspection: fuel filter, nozzle, gaskets and valve. The PRO kit is broader and adds an igniter, fuel hoses, an air flow regulator and a rubber grommet, but the manufacturer intends it for AH-200, AH-300 and AH-800 series heaters that are 3 years old or older. For the AIRREX AH-500i Blue Flame, the standard service kit is the right one.
