The Rex Nordic REX25000 is an industrial evaporative air cooler (adiabatic cooling – lowering the temperature through water evaporation, without a compressor or refrigerant) with an impressive airflow of up to 25,000 m³/h. The unit cools the air by as much as 5–12 °C, drawing power only to run the fan and the pump. With a maximum power consumption of just 850 W, the daily running cost drops below €2 per day – a fraction of the cost of traditional compressor air conditioning when cooling spaces of up to 250 m².
Huge range up to 250 m² and clean air with UVC
The cooler performs brilliantly in open spaces of up to 250 m² (and even up to 330 m² in optimal conditions). The REX25000 not only lowers the temperature but also filters and refreshes the air. The built-in, advanced UVC lamp effectively sterilises the water in the system, eliminating potential viruses, bacteria and germs. An optimised impeller driven by a 2 kW inverter motor ensures smooth, stable speed control of up to 1,100 rpm.
Industrial autonomy and full operating comfort
The unit is equipped with a large 170 l water tank with a level indicator, as well as an automatic water inlet system (a garden hose can be connected permanently). The sturdy housing, measuring 1320 × 690 × 1720 mm, rests on durable transport wheels, which – despite the 100 kg weight – allow the cooler to be moved easily. Practical hooks for the hose and cable make day-to-day handling on site simple.
Where an evaporative cooler works best
The REX25000 is designed for large, well-ventilated spaces where conventional air conditioning is uneconomical or impossible to install:

How much electricity does it use and how much does it cost to run?

Does an evaporative cooler require installation or condensate drainage?
