Husqvarna CF25 frequency converter – power supply for 42 V / 200 Hz high-frequency pokers

The Husqvarna CF25 frequency converter turns mains 50 Hz into the 42 V / 200 Hz required by high-frequency internal vibrators (pokers) with a motor in the head. Two sockets let you run two pokers at once, while the 31 kg weight and carry handle make it easy to move between concreting stations. Available in two supply versions: CF25M for a single-phase 230 V mains and CF25T for a three-phase 400 V connection.

Two versions: 230 V (CF25M) and 400 V (CF25T)

CF25M draws 9.5 A from a single-phase 230 V mains – ideal where only a 230 V socket or a smaller generator is available. CF25T runs off a three-phase 400 V supply at 4.6 A, relieving a single phase on larger sites. Both versions deliver the same 42 V / 200 Hz output and up to 25 A, so they drive the same pokers – the choice depends solely on the available power.

Parameters and output

1.8 kVA of power and two 42 V / 200 Hz sockets let you compact with two pokers at once, cutting the time needed to concrete slabs and foundations. The 200 Hz frequency means high head speed and fine, dense vibration that effectively removes air bubbles from the mix. Electronic protections guard connected tools against overload.
