One diamond blade for granite, concrete, pavers and asphalt

The Nozar Dia-TS from the iG5-HSS series is a premium universal diamond blade, 350 mm in diameter with a 25.4 mm bore, made with iG5 technology — a segment matrix with a very high diamond concentration, largely free of fillers and cobalt-free. It cuts concrete, reinforced concrete, granite, paving blocks, natural stone, ceramics and asphalt — dry or wet (EN 13236).

30+3 segments with body protection

The blade carries 30 cutting segments sized 24 × 3.2 × 12.5 mm plus 3 protective segments that shield the steel core from excessive wear and prevent jamming in the material during deep cuts. The high diamond concentration means the segments barely dull when you switch materials.

iG5 technology — Cobalt Free

The iG5 matrix is a new generation of bonds: fewer fillers, no cobalt, higher cutting speed and longer life than traditional blades. Its all-in-one versatility makes the iG5 series the most popular choice of machine rental companies — one blade covers the whole range of materials.
