The Nozar VacuCut SV420 is a dustless masonry table saw for dry cutting of paving blocks, granite, brick, clinker and natural stone. Its 3.5 kW PMSM motor spins the 420 mm diamond blade at 3,700 rpm, while a patented vacuum turbine built into the cutting head captures dust right at the blade — no external vacuum and no water. The set is ready to work out of the box: the machine with its factory-fitted blade plus a protective cover. Zero Dust. Full Power.
What is in the set
The set includes the Nozar/AGP VacuCut SV420 dustless masonry saw, a factory-fitted iG5-TSD SilentCut 420 mm diamond blade with the special AGP arbor (optimised for dry cutting) and a tailored AGP protective cover for storing the machine on site.
Ready to work off the pallet
Unfold the cart, plug the machine into a regular 230 V / 16 A socket and cut — no blade mounting, no vacuum cleaner, no water. After work, throw the cover on and the saw can stay on site, outdoors included.
Vacuum turbine in the head
Instead of hooking up a construction vacuum, the VacuCut SV420 has a suction turbine integrated with the motor. Dust is collected in an easy-to-empty container under the table. Ideal for renovation work, indoor jobs and any site where a clean workstation and silica dust protection matter.
Dry cutting — no water, no slurry
Classic masonry saws cut wet: they need a filled water tank, produce slurry and dislike frost. The SV420 cuts dry, leaves no slurry on the blocks, needs no water supply and also works in sub-zero temperatures. Cut pieces come out clean, dry and ready to lay.
600 mm cutting length, 147 mm depth
The 420 mm blade delivers a 147 mm depth of cut in a single pass — enough for 60 and 80 mm pavers, terrace slabs, kerbs and palisades. The sliding table guides material up to 600 mm long, covering typical 60 × 60 cm slabs. An angle fence enables precise straight and mitre cuts.
230 V supply — no three-phase power
The PMSM motor with approx. 90% efficiency runs from a regular 230 V / 16 A socket — no three-phase connection or large generator required. The electronics keep the speed constant under load, so hard granite cuts as smoothly as concrete.
Mobility: 72.1 kg on a folding cart
The machine weighs 72.1 kg and features an integrated folding transport cart with wheels and extendable barrow handles. One person can move it around the site and load it onto a trailer. Working dimensions are 997 × 745 × 1360 mm.
Protective cover included
The waterproof AGP cover with VacuCut and NOZAR logos protects the machine from rain, dust and UV radiation. Metal eyelets let you tie it down in wind — the saw can stay on site overnight between jobs.
