Zestaw Toolsa Soff Cut 6" obejmuje tarczę diamentową do świeżego betonu oraz płozę prowadzącą, tworząc kompletne rozwiązanie do wczesnego nacinania dylatacji (early entry). Zestaw umożliwia szybkie wejście na posadzkę tuż po wylaniu betonu i skuteczne ograniczenie ryzyka niekontrolowanych spękań.

Agresywne i czyste cięcie świeżego betonu

Segmenty o wysokości 9,2 mm i grubości 2,4 mm zapewniają szybkie wejście w materiał oraz stabilne, równe cięcie bez wykruszania krawędzi. Tarcza została zoptymalizowana do pracy w świeżym betonie, także z kruszywem o średniej wytrzymałości.

What concrete and aggregate is the Soff Cut 6" TASC6R-KIT set for?

The TASC6R-KIT is a red TASC6R blade and a Soff Cut 6" skid plate in one Toolsa set. The blade cuts joints in fresh concrete, up to about 1 day after pouring, when the mix contains hard and medium-hard aggregate, for example granite or sand of moderate abrasiveness. It has a 6" (about 150 mm) diameter, 12 segments measuring 9.2 × 2.4 mm and the triangular Soff Cut arbor hole, compatible with the Husqvarna system. In the Soff-Cut application table it matches the XL6 3000 class.

How to choose a set for your concrete

Check the mix specification or ask the concrete plant what aggregate is in the mix.
For hard and medium-hard aggregate choose the TASC6R-KIT (red blade). For very hard and hard aggregate choose the TASC6G-KIT (green blade).
The colours are the same as on Husqvarna Soff-Cut blades, so the selection works the same way as in the system the blade fits.
The set contains the TASC6R blade and a Soff Cut 6" skid plate.

What this set does not cut

Toolsa Soff Cut 6" blades work in fresh, soft concrete, up to about 1 day after pouring. They are not suitable for cured concrete or for concrete with soft and very soft aggregate. For other uses, see the diamond blades category.
