What are diamond segments used for?

Segments are designed for:

  • polishing concrete after pre-grinding with metal bonded segments,
  • final smoothing and polishing of concrete floors,
  • restoration and decorative work where an aesthetically pleasing, reflective surface is required.

How to use diamond polishing segments?

  1. Prepare the surface of the concrete - fill in any defects and pre-polish with metal segments.
  2. Attach the Velcro attachment to the machine and apply Tools segments of the appropriate gradation.
  3. Polish the surface successively with gradations from 50 to 1000.
  4. Achieve the effect of a marbled, shiny floor.
