Toolsa planetary grinder TA460-PV (3 kW | 230 V) - precision grinding and polishing of concrete

The Toolsa TA460-PV planetary gr inder is a professional concrete grinding and polishing machine designed for efficiency, precision and comfort. Powered by single-phase 230 V and equipped with a 4 kW inverter, it allows infinitely variable speed control between 300 and 1400 rpm.

Efficiency and versatility

Thanks to its 3 kW motor power and planetary gearbox with three satellites (230 mm each), the TA460-PV grinder offers high working efficiency and excellent results on any concrete surface. The extra weight (30 kg) and 30 l water tank allow for dry or wet operation.

The grinder also features an adjustable direction of rotation and an accurate control panel with a display showing voltage and speed.

Comfort of use and robust construction

The machine has been designed with ergonomics and durability in mind. The frame made of thick, laser-cut sheet metal ensures stability and resistance to damage. Large aluminium-rubber wheels make it easy to transport and an LED light allows precise sanding in poorly lit conditions.

The grinder is equipped with a hoover connection (⌀ 50 mm) and the diamond segments are mounted on a three-pin magnet or the Husqvarna system.

The key element - the gearbox

Our double-layer, fully sealed gearbox is the heart of the machine, designed for reliability and long life. The entire unit is protected by high-quality gear oil, ensuring smooth and trouble-free operation even in the most demanding conditions.

While most competing solutions use semi-open designs, Toolsa uses a fully enclosed gearbox, which significantly extends component life and minimises the risk of failure.
