Toolsa diamond segment HC 40 x 12 x 12 mm - for grinding hard concrete
The Toolsa HC diamond segment is a professional component for grinding and opening up hard concrete surfaces. The dimensions 40 x 12 x 12 mm and the magnetic mounting with three pins guarantee stable seating and safe working when working on even the hardest substrates.
High strength and efficiency
The Toolsa HC segment is made from the highest quality diamond grains embedded in a durable metal bond to ensure even abrasion and a long service life, and is ideal for the final stages of concrete preparation when maximum precision and resistance to overheating are needed.
Precision finish and versatility
The segment can be used dry or wet, allowing it to be used in a variety of conditions and processing stages. The available gradations of 20, 30, 80 and 120 allow the grinding intensity to be adapted to the type of concrete and the desired end result.

What are diamond segments used for?
Toolsa segments are ideal for:
- levelling fresh or repaired concrete surfaces,
- opening up concrete and removing cement laitance,
- preparation for further grinding or polishing steps,
- processing concrete in industrial facilities, warehouses, halls, garages and decorative flooring.
Variants and technical information
- Toolsa MC - for medium-hard concrete, ideal for the initial work stage.
- Toolsa HC - for hard concrete, used when the MC segment starts to slip or overheat.
💡 Technical note: always start with the MC segment. When you notice that it is not abrading the concrete effectively, switch to the HC variant. This will prolong the life of the segments and avoid overheating.
