The Toolsa MC diamond segment is a professional component for grinding, levelling and opening medium-hard concrete. With its dimensions of 40 x 12 x 12 mm and magnetic mounting with three pins, the segment ensures secure seating and stable operation with Toolsa grinding machines.
High performance and durability
Made of high-quality diamond grains embedded in a metal bond, the Toolsa MC segment guarantees high performance, long service life and even abrasion. It is ideal for removing cement polish, uncovering aggregate and preparing the substrate for further polishing stages.
Versatile and comfortable to use
The segment can be used dry or wet, increasing its use in a variety of field conditions. Available in gradations of 20, 30, 80 and 120, it allows progressive and precise adjustment of the concrete processing stage. It is an indispensable tool for both flooring companies and restoration crews.

What are diamond segments used for?
Toolsa segments are ideal for:
- levelling fresh or repaired concrete surfaces,
- opening up concrete and removing cement laitance,
- preparation for further grinding or polishing steps,
- processing concrete in industrial facilities, warehouses, halls, garages and decorative flooring.
Variants and technical information
- Toolsa MC - for medium-hard concrete, ideal for the initial work stage.
- Toolsa HC - for hard concrete, used when the MC segment starts to slip or overheat.
💡 Technical note: Always start with the MC segment. When you notice that it is not abrading the concrete effectively, switch to the HC variant. This will prolong the life of the segments and avoid overheating.
