The Schwamborn G-VSF diamond segment (code 713166) is an abrasive tool with diamond set in a metal bond, mounted on the disc of the Schwamborn DSM 250 single-disc concrete floor grinder. This orange segment from the ETX-1 „Giants Guards" (AA+ class) range is intended for grinding very hard concrete, coatings and epoxy resins and medium-sized areas – levelling, opening and preparing the substrate for further steps.

The G-VSF segment is matched to: very hard concrete, coatings and epoxy resins. The range has four colour-coded types for different concrete hardness: G-SSC (soft concrete, screed, asphalt), G-GC (medium-hard), G-HC (hard) and G-VSF (very hard concrete, coatings, resins). Choosing the right type drives working speed and diamond life.

Grit

Version 713166 has grit 22 – coarse, for fast stock removal and opening the concrete. The lower the number, the coarser the grain; higher grits are used for finishing. Segments of the same hardness are combined in successive grits, moving from coarse to finish.

Compatibility and mounting

ETX-1 tool mount. The segment fits the Schwamborn DSM 250 floor grinder (230 V, 2.2 kW, 250 mm disc). 3 or 6 pcs are mounted on the disc, matched to the task and machine load.
