Products in the Sale section are brand new and carry the same manufacturer warranty and the same statutory warranty for defects as goods sold at the regular price — that statutory warranty runs for 24 months (2 years) from delivery of the goods under the Polish Civil Code. The seller reviews a complaint within the statutory period of 14 days from receiving the notification.

A sale item stays on offer until stock runs out — once the last unit is sold it disappears from the range, usually without being restocked, because these are the tail ends of production runs or models withdrawn by the manufacturer. How long a single item remains listed varies and depends on demand and on the size of the batch still held by the manufacturer. A sale product falls under exactly the same return and complaint rules as goods at the regular price.
