Conmec CRT-836E cordless trowel - zero emissions, full power and mobility
The Conmec CRT-836E is a state-of-the-art ride-on battery trowel designed for intensive and precise concrete smoothing. The Conmec Europe-branded device combines a powerful 20 kW synchronous motor with quiet, eco-friendly operation based on a 72 V | 230 Ah battery that guarantees up to 90 minutes of continuous operation.
Compact form and advanced control
With two rotors of 2 × 970 mm diameter and 8 blades, the CRT-836E reaches speeds of up to 160 rpm. The machine is equipped with a digital display of the blade angle, a pedal control system and two independent control panels for precise adjustment of the working parameters to the type of surface.
Powerful battery and fast charging system
The 98 kg battery can be easily replaced using the extension rail and special transport trolley. Charging times are 65 minutes to 60%, 80 minutes to 80% and 140 minutes to full. The machine's compact dimensions (1950 × 1030 × 1319 mm) and weight of 418 kg ensure stability and easy manoeuvrability on any construction site.

The process of changing batteries has been simplified as much as possible - it can easily be done by one person. Thanks to the clever design of the equipment and the support of the appropriate tools, the whole operation is smooth, safe and effortless.
Disconnecting and removing the battery
Disconnect the power, open the flap and remove the battery using the slide guide.
Moving the battery
Use the multifunctional transport trolley to move the battery safely.
Connecting to charge
Place the battery on the charging trolley and connect the charging plug.
Start charging
Connect to the power source and start charging.
